This spirit came alive during our recent Grandbury photoshoot. This experience celebrated the grit, camaraderie, and authenticity that define this way of life. Thanks to the warm hospitality of Chad and Nikki Eubank and their friends, these two days became a testament to why we do what we do: to honor a legacy built on hard work and community.
Day One: Grit and Tradition on the Ranch
The first day began on a ranch that felt as timeless as the traditions it honors. Chad Eubank, Jon and Julie Coker, Sophie Douglas, and longtime MHT family friend Mark O’Neil worked alongside us, bringing authenticity and energy to the day.

Sophie, a young and skilled horse trainer, amazed everyone with her mustangs, guiding them through intricate trick commands that highlighted her patience and deep connection to these animals.

On the second day, we moved to Chad’s “Eubank Performance Horses Events” farm, where Nikki joined us, bringing warmth and effortless style to the shoot. The grounds were alive with the spirit of community, with everyone contributing something special to the experience.
The highlights of the day were as dynamic as they were unforgettable: Chad riding into a perfect sliding stop just inches from photographer Gregg Carnes’ lens, four cowgirls silhouetted by a stunning sunset, and little Kinsley sharing a tender moment as she kissed her horse’s nose.
