Shipping and Returns

Master Hatters of Texas only ships within the continental United States (continuous 48 states). All orders outside the continental United States need to contact Master Hatters of Texas for special requests, orders, and pricing. Please understand that the shipping rate outside of the continental United States will be significantly higher than normal and might cost more than the hat for singles or small quantities.

All shipping will be done through FedEx or UPS – whichever company can get your hat to you and whichever one is the cheapest. All shipments will be made by Ground unless you request something different. Everything other than Ground will be more expensive by natural and location.

There are no returns for ordering the wrong size or product substitutions. There are no exceptions.

If you receive a damaged box and think the hat might be damaged, it is your responsibility to refuse the order. It will then be returned to us and we will send out a replacement. FedEx requires all packages to be signed for so the refusal is your responsibility.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check for defects prior to the sale to their end customer. If the customer returns it to you for something that wasn’t noticed prior to the sale, that falls on the customer who sold our hat. We will work with you on a replacement, but we will split the shipping costs along with a restocking fee.

If you order the wrong size and want to exchange it, all shipping charges are at your expense. You will be responsible for shipping the hat back to us and then you will be billed for the shipping charge to return the new hat to you.

If we ship you a defective hat or the wrong size, we will replace the hat at no cost to you. Just call or email customer service and we will get you a return label.

No refunds. We will do our best to find a solution for your needs as stated above.
